Jennifer Lentz Snyder
P.O.W.E.R. Legal Advisor  ·  Attorney at Law  ·  Former Head Deputy DA
Legal Counsel

Jennifer Lentz Snyder is a former prosecutor and nationally recognized fraud enforcement leader whose career has been defined by holding perpetrators of complex financial crimes accountable particularly those who exploit the workers' compensation system. With nearly four decades of legal experience, she is known for dismantling sophisticated insurance fraud schemes, securing multimillion-dollar restitution orders, and protecting both public institutions and private employers from systemic abuse.

After graduating from UCLA and earning her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, Jennifer joined the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in 1989, where she served for more than 33 years as a Deputy District Attorney. As Head Deputy of the Healthcare Insurance Fraud Division, Jennifer led multidisciplinary prosecution teams targeting complex fraud operations impacting health care and workers' compensation systems. Her prosecutions resulted in criminal convictions, substantial restitution recoveries totaling millions of dollars, and meaningful deterrence within California's workers' compensation and insurance markets.

For more than a decade, Jennifer served in the Public Integrity Division, prosecuting corruption, public fund misappropriation, perjury, and fraud involving government officials and service providers. Her work reinforced accountability at the highest levels of public service and protected taxpayer resources from abuse.

Jennifer has served on statewide fraud committees and multi-agency enforcement task forces focused on detection, prosecution, and prevention of fraud and integrity abuses. She is a trusted trainer and advisor to law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, public officials, and the public on fraud detection, white-collar prosecution strategies, seizure and freeze actions, asset forfeiture, and other legal enforcement mechanisms to encourage greater compliance.

She has provided testimony before state and federal legislative bodies on fraud prevention, witness protection, public integrity, and public safety initiatives, helping shape policy at the intersection of criminal justice and anti-fraud enforcement.
