Is my identity protected when I submit a tip to P.O.W.E.R.?

Yes. Tips submitted to P.O.W.E.R. are confidential. P.O.W.E.R. does not share your identity with the employer or party being reported. Phone and email are optional fields on the form; if you provide them, P.O.W.E.R. may follow up with you. If you leave them blank, your tip is effectively anonymous.

Helpful documents include suspected fake insurance certificates, fraudulent proposals or contracts, pay stubs that show unexplained deductions, payroll records, internal correspondence, and any other evidence of the suspected fraud. Do I have to be a worker to submit a tip?
