Who We Are

POWER is a nonprofit coalition dedicated to taking action against fraud and criminal activity in California’s temporary staffing industry. We exist to protect workers, defend honest employers, and ensure California’s workers’ compensation system and

economy are not drained by lawless operators.

Our mission is to expose temporary staffing agencies and their clients who operate without workers’ compensation insurance, evade payroll taxes, commit wage theft, and openly ignore state labor laws. By shining a light on these illegal practices, we protect workers’ rights and benefits, defend honest employers from unfair competition, and safeguard the funding of California’s workers’ compensation system.
